The Paper Prawn Tutorial

Lisa was making a life size bald eagle with a 2 meter wingspan, before we went into lockdown here in the UK. It was impossible to work on it at home as she needed to change focus to the kids and homeschooling; so she converted a small space in her house and started to create a free paper craft tutorial. Lockdown makes it really hard to get specialist equipment and materials, so she decided to make the prawn from a cereal box rather than specialist paper and standard nail scissors and household glue. It took 6 prawn prototypes before Lisa felt she'd made the most straight forward template, that would be as easy as possible to make. If you’re on Instagram please tag your prawn #paperprawn and let us know where you are in the world!  lisa_lloydpaper We really love everyone’s creations!!
